The Management structure of the SIVA Trust consists of:
- A Project Director and
- Project Coordinators for the various programmes.
The Project Director is working under the guidance of the Board of Trustees and responsible for overall programme design and management of all the activities and programmes of the Trust.
Project coordinators along with field staff of different programmes at village level support the Project Directors in the implementation of the programmes.
The accountants placed at the project offices look after the finance operations of the Trust.
Field staffs include teachers for model, supplementary and preprimary schools, community organisers, health workers, vocational skill teachers and local resource mobilisation staff. The experience and qualification of these staff varies depending on the programmes need of the Trust.
