SIVA Trust target people comprise of all sections of downtrodden people
including the most deprived Arunthathiyar community engaged in
scavenging work, poor women, children of the rural and semi-urban
areas, the person with disability in1block of Tirunelveli district, 1 block of
Tenkasi district and 3 blocks of Coimbatore district. Also, SIVA Trust
works for hill tribes in 15 hill districts of Tamil Nadu in getting forest land
rights under the Forest Rights Acts, 2006 and getting community rights
to the tribal families.
