Service Initiative for Voluntary Action (SIVA) Trust was started in 1994 to help socially backward children and women living in rural and semi-urban communities. Our initial interventions were for the Dalit and poor sections of the community as they were ignorant of their rights and entitlements. As we travelled further along on this journey, we encountered many deep-rooted problems in society that required immediate action and implementation.

Our activities presently extended in eradicating child labour practice, facilitating the educational needs of children, empowering women through the formation of SHG’s awareness generation for tribal communities on land rights and entitlements and many more.
